There are no upfront fees to join WRKDEPT. We charge a competitive commission fee (15%) on each sale, which covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support. You keep 85% of every sale.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect. Once you complete Stripe onboarding, funds are transferred directly to your connected bank account. Payouts are typically processed within 2-7 business days after a sale.
Can I sell products I've already created?
Yes! You can upload existing digital products to WRKDEPT. Simply create a product listing, upload your files, and set your price. Make sure you have the rights to sell the products you upload.
How do customers find my products?
Your products appear in our marketplace search results, category pages, and can be discovered through SEO-optimized product pages. We also feature top-selling products and new releases on our homepage.
What file formats are supported?
